• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

Payment Services

NallyPay enables you to:

• Send and receive payments
• Link your bank accounts or payment cards
• View transaction history

We may impose transaction limits, fees, or require identity verification.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

• Violate any law, regulation, or third-party right
• Conduct fraud or money laundering
• Harm or exploit minors
• Transmit malware or unauthorized software
• Interfere with the App’s operation

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these rules.

Fees and Charges

Some features may incur fees, which will be disclosed within the App. By using these services, you agree to pay all applicable charges.

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and technology in the App are owned by NallyPay or its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the App without prior written consent.

Third-Party Services

Our App may integrate with third-party services (e.g., banks, verification services). We are not responsible for the actions or policies of these third parties.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or applicable law.

Disclaimers

We are committed to providing you with a secure, reliable, and user-friendly experience. However, by using the App, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• The App and its services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
• We cannot guarantee that the App will always operate uninterrupted, error-free, or be completely free from delays, bugs, or vulnerabilities.
• Not all transactions will be successfully completed, as some may be declined due to security, regulatory, or network issues beyond our control.

Your use of the App and any actions taken through it are at your own discretion. We encourage strong passwords and device security.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NallyPay is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of funds or data resulting from unauthorized access
• Delays or failures beyond our control

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Nigeria.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the App or email. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
